I am pursuing a PhD, with my research focusing on the intersection of contemplative practices, digital spaces, and racial justice. My dissertation aims to contribute significantly to our understanding of these critical areas.
Professional Experience
I serve as the Administrator of a Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, I am dedicated to nurturing the spiritual well-being of our community and leading various initiatives that align with our mission.
As a Digital Pastor, I leverage digital platforms to engage with and support servant leaders in the Marketplace. My expertise in resistance to change and appreciative inquiry enables me to effectively guide individuals and organizations through transformative processes.
Facilitation and Leadership
I am honored to be a Truth, Healing, and Reconciliation Circle facilitator on behalf of Antioch University. Here, I provide spaces for reconciliation and healing, particularly focusing on the Gaza community. Additionally, I frequently present at immersive retreats, grounded in Reconciliation, Contemplative Practices, and Resilience.
Community Involvement
Previously, I served as the branch administrator for the University City YMCA, now known as the Keith Family YMCA. As the Founder of First Purse, Inc., I serve globally as a Financial Literacy Educator. My passion for community building and leadership has been a constant throughout my career.
